Cindy is a sunshine state girl and has lived in Jacksonville since day ONE! A truly nurturing soul, Cindy is absolutely a plant girl with a green thumb and is naturally creative. She loves lots of bright colors and playing with fashion. 

Cindy began her career at Phi just after enrolling at Paul Mitchell the School - Jacksonville to study Cosmetology, and she immediately impressed everyone with her natural talent and incredible work ethic. Cindy truly loves to learn and has apprenticed under both Lacey and Carissa and has taken a large variety of classes both in and out of the salon to expand her skills set. 

As a lover of all things bright and colorful, Cindy loves doing any kind of color service, blondes and fantasy colors. She is also incredibly skilled with cutting layers and working with a wide variety of hair textures. 

When Cindy isn't at the salon, she can be found spending time with her mom and twin sister, raising her daughter to be as smart and funny as she is, painting and working in her garden. We are certain that she has some excellent gardening tips to share with you!
